Malqueridas Research Platform
Lipi Hernández, dancer and choreographer created in the 90´s Malqueridas, creaciones al límite and since then the creative core of the company has evolved to become in 2008 a Research and Development Platform (R + D) of new artistic forms around the body language or movement.
Research and Development Platform (R + D) responds to the artists needs to carry out a research task without explicitly linked to the production and exhibition of a closed piece and the “pasantias” are the working methods chosen for MALQUERIDAS, in order to carry out these research processes.
MALQUERIDAS Platform works in conjunction with R + D units, structures that give a space and / or technical resources appropriate to each project so that the “pasante” can deepen and develop in their research process. R + D units welcome in the “pasante” and create the required format (open dance classroom, drama workshop ...) to encourage and strengthen the study of thought by “pasante”, by the city or welcome unit.
Likewise, the R + D platform supports activities and actions planned to help the research of the “pasantes” around the body language and movement.
On the 6th of April 2009, Malqueridas opens the 2nd annual public pasantias with a manning of € 12,000.
